A distinguished strength and conditioning coach with over half a decade of experience, Coach D'Anthony Knight comes to FlexFit Performance after notable tenures at leading Division I institutions like Wichita State, Washington State, and the University of Kansas, to name a few. Within the collegiate landscape, he elevated athletic performance by curating comprehensive training programs targeted toward each athlete’s specific goals. D'Anthony Knight founded FlexFit Performance to specialize in advanced strength and conditioning for athletes. He provides cutting-edge fitness solutions tailored to each athlete's needs while embracing their individuality.
Our performance training program is engineered to elevate athletes in every sport by enhancing explosive power, strength, conditioning, and overall resilience. We focus on optimizing key athletic movements such as sprinting, jumping, swinging, throwing, and catching. Through a combination of targeted strength training, advanced plyometric exercises, comprehensive conditioning, and injury-prevention strategies, our program is designed to amplify your on-field or on-court performance.
This program is exclusively reserved for athletes who are fully committed to their development. Our head coach will deliver personalized 1-on-1 training by tailoring workouts to each athlete's unique needs and goals. Through focused sessions, detailed feedback, and continuous assessment, our head coach ensures optimal progress, building strength, agility, and overall athletic performance.
